BIO
I was born in Messina, a happy little town of Sicily. I practiced Law for sometime, but as soon as I moved to London I discovered the power of art. And I got passioned about it. I remember an headhunter telephone call offering me a full time job in the legal department of an Insurance Company. I understood in that moment that my road was different than the one as a lawyer, and so I took my diploma in Art and Design at City Lit, my BA in Fine Arts at Middlesex University and my MFA in Fine Arts at Kingston University.
I love art, and every year I organise group exhibitions with different with different artists. I also co-curated an exhibition in South Korea, and an exhibition in Japan.
It is exciting to know that the work travelled so far to be seen by Japan and Korean visitors. The exhibition in Japan was also interviewed by Al Jazeera.
I am also an art educator. I teach art to kids, and I founded Flyplanetart, with a program for kids that can be accessed for free on Facebook.

Video artist
Writer
Painter

Sculpture
Photographer
Performer

I love to be free when I create my work.I love to get the brush to liberate my creativity. Freedom is the first medium I use to generate my works.
I love to experiment with different media. There are not boundaries for me. I love extremities. I can travel from Africa to North Pole to experience diversity. And so in art I can go from painting to sculpture to videos, to installation and performance, to photography. Everything interests and inspires me. The everyday, the scene of a film or of an advert, a walk in the woods, a dream, a show, everything inspires me.
